About Petros

A guide who
bridges cultures.

Petros holds an official licence from the Greek Ministry of Tourism, which in Greece is the legal permission to guide inside archaeological sites and museums, and he has been guiding for more than thirty years. Days are arranged for couples, families, small private groups and corporate bookings alike. His approach favours depth over checklists: fewer stops, richer stories, and the flexibility to linger where a place deserves it.

Tours are guided in Greek, Bulgarian and Russian, which lets Petros speak to each guest in their own language rather than through translation — a difference that keeps mixed-language families together on the same tour. These pages are published in English so that English-speaking visitors can read about the service and make contact, but the guiding itself is not done in English.

Whether the day calls for a walking tour of Thessaloniki's Byzantine churches, a deep dive into the royal tombs of Vergina, a boat cruise along the Athos coastline or a helicopter transfer arranged through a charter operator, Petros designs every itinerary personally — and is the licensed guide who is with you through the day. Where a vehicle is needed, a driver is arranged for the day.
