Private aviation

See Greece from above —
and skip the road.

A helicopter can be arranged on request, through an independent charter company, for breathtaking aerial sightseeing or a fast transfer between destinations that would otherwise take hours by road.

Two ways to fly

Sightseeing, or time returned to you.

Petros does not own aircraft and does not operate flights. What he can do, on request, is approach independent charter companies on your behalf, put your route and date to them, and come back to you with what is available and what it would cost. The aircraft, the crew and the terms of carriage are the operator's own, and any flight depends on that company accepting the booking.

Aerial sightseeing

Panoramic flights over Thessaloniki's coastline, the Halkidiki peninsulas, Mount Olympus or the Athos coast — an unforgettable perspective on Northern Greece, and the only way to see the monastic peninsula and the Thermaic Gulf in a single hour. The route and the duration are agreed with the charter operator in advance.

Fast point-to-point transfers

Save an entire travel day: fly directly between Thessaloniki, Halkidiki, Meteora or other regional hubs instead of spending five hours on the road. Suited to cruise-ship connections, to reaching a site before a tour on the ground, and to time-sensitive corporate travel. Quoted by the operator for the route and the date.

On board

Why fly with a private guide on board.

Charter availability is decided by the operators, and is tightest between June and September. The earlier a flight window is named, the more likely something can be found.

A guide, not just a pilot

Petros joins your flight or the ground arrangements to provide commentary and context in your language — so what you are looking at is explained as you pass over it.

Built around your itinerary

Routes and timing are designed around your day rather than a fixed sightseeing loop, and can be moved when the weather or your plans change.

Seamless on the ground

Vehicles, guiding and reservations before and after the flight are coordinated by the same person, so nothing is handed between suppliers.

Occasions and business

Ideal for anniversaries, proposals and celebrations, and equally for board visits and incentive groups where a day cannot be spared.

Departure

Usually Thessaloniki. Any other departure point depends entirely on the operator and on the permissions that apply to it.

Scenic routes

Thessaloniki's coastline and the Thermaic Gulf · the three peninsulas of Halkidiki · Mount Olympus · the western coast of Mount Athos.

Transfer routes

Thessaloniki to Halkidiki, Meteora, Pieria or other regional hubs — and onward connections to the islands, quoted by route.

Ground

A vehicle with a driver, and your guide, arranged to meet you on landing so the ground programme begins the moment the rotors stop.

Assurance

Discreet,
and demonstrably so.

Premium travel is only as good as the people behind it. The guiding is state-licensed. Flights and boat trips are not operated by Petros: he approaches independent charter companies on your behalf, and their own terms, conditions and pricing apply to whatever they offer.

  • Licensed guide Official licence from the Greek Ministry of Tourism, with legal access to sites and museums closed to unlicensed operators.
  • Third-party charter Petros neither owns nor operates aircraft or vessels. Where a flight or a boat is wanted, he approaches independent charter companies and passes on what they are able to offer.
  • Discretion No guest is named or photographed for marketing. Non-disclosure agreements signed on request for corporate and private clients.
