What changes

Not a bigger car.
A different kind of day.

VIP days are limited in number, because each one takes preparation. Please allow at least fourteen days' notice where possible, and considerably more for helicopter charter, Mount Athos permits or private access at a museum.

Many operators sell “VIP” as an upgraded vehicle and a bottle of water. What our clients actually want is for the day to have been thought about — by somebody who knows which hour the light falls into the tomb façades at Vergina, which taverna in Ano Poli will hold a table at three o'clock, and which road out of Halkidiki is impassable in August.

Vehicle

A vehicle and driver arranged for the day. Petros’s own role is the licensed guide, not the driver: where transport is needed, a car and a driver are booked for your day and arranged to your requirements.

Itinerary

Concierge planning from a one-to-one consultation. A private route designed around your interests, schedule and pace — no fixed groups, no fixed routes, and alternatives held in reserve for weather.

Access

Private, unhurried access to the major sites. Thessaloniki, Vergina, Mount Athos, Delphi and beyond, timed against the coach schedule rather than with it, with early or out-of-hours entry where the archaeological service permits.

Guiding

Discreet, multilingual guiding. Fluent commentary in Greek, Bulgarian or Russian, with the discretion expected by executives and private families. Tours are not guided in English.

Scheduling

Flexible from first light to late evening. Early starts, late finishes, multi-day itineraries or last-minute changes — your schedule sets the pace, with priority response for corporate requests.

Multi-modal

Seamless coordination with helicopter or boat. A flight to Meteora in the morning and a yacht off Sithonia in the afternoon is an entirely ordinary request here.

Premium options

Three ways to raise the day.

Each can stand alone or be combined. Nothing here is sold at a fixed rate: every day is quoted once the dates, the route and the size of the party are known.

VIP private day

A comfortable vehicle with a driver arranged for the day, so that your licensed guide is free to guide rather than drive. Up to ten hours, a bespoke route across Macedonia, restaurant and museum bookings handled in advance, and a single point of contact from arrival to departure.

Helicopter charter

A scenic flight over Olympus, the Thermaic Gulf and the Athonite peninsula, or a direct transfer to a site that would otherwise cost a day of driving. Arranged on request through an independent charter company — the aircraft, the crew and the terms are theirs — with a guide on board or waiting at the landing point.

Yacht & boat charter

A boat along the Athos coast and the coves of Sithonia, arranged on request through an independent operator. Half or full day; the vessel, what is on board and the departure point all depend on the operator who takes the booking.

Concierge

Everything between the sights.

The parts of a trip that go wrong are rarely the monuments. They are the transfers, the closed kitchens, the ferry that left early. Those are the parts we take responsibility for.

Arrival & departure

Meet-and-greet at Thessaloniki airport (SKG), the cruise terminal or the marina, with fast-track where the airport permits, and luggage handled from kerb to room.

Dining & tastings

Tables at the restaurants that matter in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki, plus private tastings at the wineries of Naoussa, Goumenissa and Epanomi.

Corporate & incentive

Programmes for boards, incentive groups and conference guests, run in parallel vehicles with synchronised timings and multilingual commentary.

Mount Athos permits

For male guests, help preparing and submitting the diamonitirion application. The permit is issued by the Mount Athos Pilgrims' Bureau under a daily quota and cannot be guaranteed by Petros — plus a boat alternative for everyone else on the same day.

Personal recommendations

Dining, shopping and cultural suggestions chosen for you rather than copied from a list, and adjusted as the trip unfolds.

Priority response

Rapid answers for last-minute and corporate requests, and one telephone number that stays reachable for the length of your stay.

Assurance

Discreet,
and demonstrably so.

Premium travel is only as good as the people behind it. The guiding is state-licensed. Flights and boat trips are not operated by Petros: he approaches independent charter companies on your behalf, and their own terms, conditions and pricing apply to whatever they offer.

  • Licensed guide Official licence from the Greek Ministry of Tourism, with legal access to sites and museums closed to unlicensed operators.
  • Third-party charter Petros neither owns nor operates aircraft or vessels. Where a flight or a boat is wanted, he approaches independent charter companies and passes on what they are able to offer.
  • Discretion No guest is named or photographed for marketing. Non-disclosure agreements signed on request for corporate and private clients.
